  • From the Health Office:

With flu/illness season upon us, we would like to emphasize our general practice for ill students:
*If a student has had a fever of 101 or more, he/she should stay home for 24 hours after the temperature returns to normal without fever-reducing medications.
*If a student has had 2 episodes of vomiting and/or diarrhea, he/she should stay home until 24 hours after the last episode.
*If a student has started antibiotics, please keep him/her home until he/she has had a full 24 hour course of them.
*Students not feeling well enough to participate in their normal school day due to illness should not come to school and should stay home and rest.
*If accommodations are needed for gym or recess due to illness, a doctor's note is required.
Also, please inform us of any illnesses your child is being treated for.  This allows us to track and report illness as required by the MN Department of Health.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Wendy Dulski at 320-656-3701 ext. 4898
