SIGNING DAY
Athletes who have committed to participate in college athletics should complete our signing day form. The Activities Office will host signing day events throughout the school year.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Off-Season Strength Training will be available again this year for free to all SHS students. Reach out to Coach Sailor with any questions.
SPRING

• First day 4/1/25 through 5/22/25
TRANSFER BUSES
Transfer buses are available for athletes needing a ride from one building to another due to practice. Reach out to your coach with any questions.
