TRANSFER BUSES
Transfer buses are available for athletes needing a ride from one building to another due to practice. Reach out to your coach with any questions.

   • SHS to SMS - ride T-62 (Giraffe)

STRENGTH TRAINING 
Off-Season Strength Training will be available again this year for free to all SHS students. Reach out to Coach Sailor with any questions.
FALL

   • Runs 9/9/24 through 10/31/24
WINTER
   • M/T/TH @ 3:40pm
   • First day is 11/18/24

WINTER SPORT MEETING
Our winter sport meeting took place on Monday, October 21 at 7pm in the SHS PAC. The meeting was mandatory for all athletes and a parent/guardian to attend. Access a digital version of the presentation here.

SIGNING DAY
Athletes who have committed to participate in college athletics should complete our signing day form. The Activities Office will host signing day events throughout the school year.
