Welcome to Sartell Middle School!
We balance a rigorous academic curriculum that is aligned to (and exceeds) local, state, and federal standards with a focus on meeting the social-emotional needs of adolescents in a supportive environment.
Students in grades 6-8 develop community in a homeroom/student advisory program; have the opportunity to participate in sports, clubs, activities, and academic extensions; and have one-to-one iPad accessibility through our Full Access Technology. All students may participate in Band, Choir, Orchestra, Theatre, Spanish, Art, Physical Education, Health, Project Lead The Way, Family and Consumer Science, Next Generation Skills and Music as part of their daily schedule.
Recognizing education goes beyond school walls, our students serve within the community at assisted living facilities, food shelves, and other local partners; go to state for Academic Triathlon, MathCounts, Youth Eco Solutions (YES!) and Geography Bee; and lead peer-to-peer education sessions for technology.Angela Safran
