Elevate: Ages 18-22 years

The ELEVATE program focuses on providing transition services - including employment, further education, and independent living - to support students with disabilities as they move from school into adult life.

Located at Oak Ridge Early Learning Center, ELEVATE supports students with diverse intellectual, academic, social, and functional needs. Students access community resources as they focus on developing skills to meet educational  training, independent living, and employment goals:

Empower
Develop independent skills that will help students move from school to post-school life. 

Leisure & Recreation
Enhance relationships with peers, staff, and community members.

Explore - Navigate the local community through a variety of experiences which may include visits to the community center, grocery stores, library, museums, and parks.

Vocation - Discover hands-on learning opportunities within Sartell-St. Stephen ISD 748 and community.

Achieve - Set attainable goals for transition to post-school life. 

Transition - Support employment, further education, and independent living (may include cleaning, laundry, household chores, meal planning, and shopping).

Excel - Work with each student's unique abilities, interests, and aspirations.

ELEVATE follows the calendar for Oak Ridge Early Learning Center. This includes dates for Sabre Launch (back to school conferences), Conferences, and other events.
