Unique First Days of School
Students in PreK-5, 6, and 9 will experience enhanced school + home and classroom + home relationships thanks, in part, to our unique first day of school events for students, families, and staff:-
Sartell High School - Sabre Splash for Grade 9 and new students
SHS started the tradition of Sabre Splash many years ago to help 9th graders and new students establish relationships with peer mentors and staff and navigate their schedule. -
Sartell Middle School - Sabre Soar for Grade 6
SMS debuted Sabre Soar in the 2021-2022 school year for 6th graders to have a similar experience to high school students: being able to connect with peers, get to know teachers, and find their way in a new building. -
Oak Ridge Early Learning Center, Pine Meadow Primary, and Riverview Intermediate School - Sabre Launch for PreK-Grade 5
Sabre Launch started in the 2022-2023 school year to nurture the home-to-school partnership and offer more individualized time for families and their child’s classroom teacher to establish a personal connection while introducing our youngest learners to their new learning environment.
