Welcome to the Sartell-St. Stephen Transportation page!
We welcome all community members to play a part in keeping our school buses safe and student-friendly. Each and every one of us is a member of the school bus safety team. Every person can make an important difference in the safety of students as they board, ride and exit school buses.
Optional Mobile App: Here Comes the Bus (HCTB)
The District is offering an optional transportation mobile app and website to deliver real-time school bus arrival notifications to parents/guardians via mobile push and email notifications. Notifications are sent when the bus is nearby…hopefully minimizing wait times at the bus stop. Families can adjust the notification range for their bus arrival (set a custom parameter).
The app is available in your mobile device’s App Store.
A few notes:
- The program will only track ONE ADDRESS.
- Please note that Here Comes the Bus only tracks yellow school buses that regularly go to and from school. Field trip buses, vans, activities buses, etc. are not currently tracked on Here Comes the Bus.
To log in, you’ll need:
- Our school district code (30049)
- Student ID in Skyward for each student who has a bus route
- To find your Student ID, please log in to Skyward Family Access and select “Student Info” on the side menu. The “Other ID” is likely listed underneath your Language preference.
Please note: our District is not using a student bus pass/badge that may appear in your user menu.
