Early Childhood
Oak Ridge Early Learning Center is where children and families in Sartell-St. Stephen ISD 748 connect, learn, and grow while exploring early childhood, preschool, and kindergarten.
Our highly trained staff work diligently to meet every student’s social, emotional, and academic needs. We pride ourselves on being a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all young learners.
Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) is a place where our community's youngest learners and their parents/guardians develop friendships, learn with (and from!) each other, and grow together as they start their educational journey. ECFE typically includes a time for parents and children to explore age-appropriate activities, parent education and teacher-child time.
Early Childhood Special Education is available for children between birth and five years old who meet eligibility criteria. Children birth to 3 years are provided services through home-based instruction through partnership with Benton-Stearns Education District. Once a child turns 3 years, center-based services are provided.
Our Little Sabres Preschool has received a 4-star rating from Parent Aware (highest award). We provide comprehensive services for students aging in the range from 3-5 years old:
- Three year olds: program options include half days (AM or PM) two days per week
- Four/Five year olds: program options include half-day PM (3 or 5 days per week) or full-day (5 days per week)
Tuition is based on a sliding fee scale. We also offer Early Childhood Family Education classes that allow our students and parents/guardians to become familiar with the school environment.
