Notes from the ORELC Health Office 

• Important End-of-Year Medication Notice - The end of the school year is approaching!  If your child has medication stored in the health office (including prescription/non-prescription medication, EpiPen, diabetic supplies, etc.), you’ll receive a medication form via email on Friday, May 16^th. Please check your spam folder to ensure you receive it.
• Complete the form by Tuesday, May 27^th to allow the nurse to send medications home with your child. If the form is not completed by this date, a parent/guardian must pick up the medication by 12:30 p.m. on the last day of school, May 30^th. Any unclaimed items will be destroyed after that time.
• Controlled medications (e.g., Ritalin, methylphenidate, Valtoco, Adderall, etc.) must be picked up in person by a parent/guardian by 12:30 p.m. on May 30^th. These will not be sent home with students.
• Clothes Borrowed from the Health Office - If your child has borrowed clothes from Nurse Kara, please wash and return them to the Health Office.

Please check lost & found for items that may belong to you. All unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity at the end of the month.

Wednesday, May 28: Instrument Drive
A message from the Sartell Music Association: Our annual Instrument Drive will be between 4-6p at the Sartell Middle School/back parking lot. Donated instruments will be repaired, cleaned, and given to students to use throughout the school year. Questions? FEEDING AREA CHILDREN TOGETHER (FACT) – YOU MUST RE-ENROLL EACH YEAR to PARTICIPATE
FACT provides meals free of charge to K-8 students who are in need of food on weekends and over school breaks. Signing up means your child will receive a FACT Pack each day school is not in session during the 2024-2025 school year.
