Carrie Gapinski, ORELC social worker, was recognized as our Sabre Staff Star for March!

Her nominations includes:

Carrie goes above and beyond each day to support our early learning center. Carrie works to create a positive culture in our building, has fun and fosters a space to allow people to feel confident and knowledgeable!

She is collaborative, advocates for students and teachers, and goes above and beyond to help others. Carrie works tirelessly to ensure our young learners and their families have the resources they need (mental health, self-regulation skills, food, outdoor clothing, etc.)

On a daily basis, she is called to "drop everything" and assist classrooms by responding to calls that need immediate 1:1 intervention. She strives to ensure students are building their capacity for daily success. Oak Ridge is SO lucky to have her!
