Save the date: Families are invited to a free presentation about the impacts of social media on students on Monday, April 10 at 6:30p in the Sartell Middle School Performing Arts Center.
📲 The presentation is coordinated by a group of student volunteers from Sartell Middle School and Sartell High School to address social media concerns.
🖥 Students will debut a public service announcement (PSA) video for their peers about the impact of being online.
📣 Staff from the Central Minnesota Mental Health Center will educate parents/guardians and students about topics including the impacts of social media on students’ well being, setting limits, common social media platforms, options for parental controls, and reporting concerns online.
👨👦The event is free and open to the public; students are encouraged to be accompanied by an adult.
