Hailey is amazing! She has the ability to work with a wide variety of students and often in challenging situations, yet she is able to form relationships with those students and they respect her!
She comes to work with a smile and, even on a hard day, can leave (probably more tired) but with a smile.
I appreciate her dependability, professionalism, positive attitude and constant flexibility to make SMS a better place. We couldn't be successful without her!
