Celebrate our students who participate in SHS activities and athletics with Episode 13 of our Sabre Speaks Podcast! Over 300 students are involved in Winter Activities including Boys & Girls Hockey, Boys Swimming & Diving, Nordic Ski, DECA, One Act Play, Dance, Knowledge Bowl, Speech, Robotics, and more!
Activities Director Bruce Thompson and Interim Superintendent Tom Lee discuss the successes and experiences of Winter and Spring Activities for Episode 13 and "...emphasize the importance of Activities to provide a well-rounded educational experience."
Highlights include:
🔷 DECA - in its first year at Sartell High School, there were 25-30 students who participated and:
🔷 11 students qualified for state
🔷 1 student qualified for Internationals (with 22,000 from across the globe)
🏒 Boys Hockey - won the Central Lakes Conference Championship for the third consecutive year.
